You can return your order for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange providing goods are in a re-saleable condition. Postage costs are a fixed cost and cannot be returned unless your goods are damaged or faulty when we will refund the full cost of returning the product to us, up to a maximum amount of £8.80 GBP. Please Contact Us first by email before sending back faulty goods. We can then advise on the best service to use for your return. Please pack the items back in the parcel, enclose a copy of the invoice and include a brief description of the reason for the return and send it back to:

When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Your purchase can be cancelled at anytime before despatch by emailing us at email@example.com. Your payment will then be refunded. For orders cancelled after despatch, we will require the product to be returned. Once the product has been received, your payment will be refunded
